It was showing something like $20,000 in sales!

Just one hour into the launch.

End of the day that figure was up to over $30K.

So I blasted out a few more emails.

More sales.

I left Vegas in a daze at the end of that week.

That month I clocked in $70,000 in pure profits.

I did 126 sales of Build An Empire. $1,000 product. Tiny list of less then 1,000 freebie subscribers.

I was the #1 affiliate — beating out some mega big names in the process. Names you'll recognize today. One with a list 75,000 subscribers.

This is when I knew I was onto something with my uncommon approach generating sales.

But the kicker was…

I had just spent two days on the 23rd floor of the Wynn hotel — NOT SELLING!

Think about that for a second. Instead of doing what everyone else was doing (read: selling). I took a different approach — and it paid off big time.

Peter Drucker once said — "The aim of marketing is to make selling superfluous. The aim of marketing is to know and understand the customer so well that the product or service fits him and sells itself."

Reread that quote again. Let it sink in.

This is when the Autoresponder Madness (v0.1) system was born. And I've been "working the system" ever since … honing and tweak it for 4 years.

The result?

It's the most advanced kick-ass email marketing training system ever created. Sure, I'm prob'ly a little biased … but strangely enough other agree too.

Anyhoo, back to my story…

I got back from Las Vegas in November 2006. In February 2007 I decided to promote Day Job Killer.

So I had 2 and a bit months to figure out — and reverse engineer — what the hell I had just done back in Vegas that worked so well.

Same tiny list. Same freebie seekers on it.

(Actually, I had done something to grow my list a little bigger between Vegas and the DJK promotion. Not by much though. But what I did was a smart move.)

Result?

I was the #1 affiliate on launch day for Chris McNeeney’s Day Job Killer. Sold over 600 copies in one day. From a small list. ($77 product)

Yet another $20,000 payday. Here's a copy of my two week check from ClickBank:

The following month (March 2007) I was the #1 affiliate for Brent Hall’s Multiplier Method — selling over 300 copies. Again, from the same tiny little freebie list. ($77 product)

Luck was now a thing of the past. I knew exactly what to do. I had a system.

I knew exactly how to leverage email marketing in a way that almost "magically" resulted in subscribers taking out their credit cards and buying everything I recommended.

I was the #1 affiliate for Anik Singal's PPC Classroom 1.0. From a list of less than 800 subscribers. ($397 product)

I was the #1 affiliate for Peter Spaepen's Nanobloggers. Another small list of 695 subscribers. 232 sales. ($97 product)

There has been other #1s. Many others in fact. And there has been more top 10 finishes than I can count.

Point is … all of this wouldn't be impressive at all — under normal circumstances — except for the fact that my emails list is 10 to 50 times smaller than the email lists of all the "super affiliate" gurus whom I regularly beat (in some cases, by a large margin).

But the above results are only a small sample of what I produce in pure profits by using the strategies that I teach in Autoresponder Madness.

ARM isn't about product launches. I've just shown you product launch results, because it's the easiest way for me to demonstrate an accurate comparison between my approach — and the approach of everyone else … especially the "gurus".

Best part … you can do this too.

Even if you're totally new to online marketing. Even if this is your first try! …

My backstory in a nutshell…

I immigrated from South Africa to the United Kingdom in August 1997. Between the wife and I, our worldly possessions was the sum total of four suitcases — and £3,000 in our back pockets. No jobs. Nothing. It was our adventure … our new start in life.

I was made redundant in October 2003 (yay!) … and I've been doing this crazy online stuff full-time ever since.

Now Anita and I live on the beautiful sunny south coast of Spain, on the Costa del Sol.
